A note from Victoria

Education isn’t a solo.
It’s a shared song.

Who am I? I’m Victoria Jane Leith - an educational consultant, EYFS and Primary Music, Drama and Language Arts teacher, author, singer-songwriter and parent who believes every child, and every educator, deserves to feel they belong. I have been Head of Performing Arts, a volunteer, a music director, a DEI lead, an English teacher, GCSE Drama teacher, and have worked with amazing children all over the world. I love to work with adults too and am pursuing a PHD in connecting psychological safety to better safeguarding measures.

After more than 30 years working in schools around the world, I bring a creative, compassionate approach to the challenges we face together.
